I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean with a breathtaking view of San Francisco. The TVs in the rooms were a nice touch. The service was exceptional, both at check-in and check-out, and the hotel staff were very attentive. The location, in a 1920-30s neo-gothic architectonic monument, was just magical. The dining experience, with porridge included, was delightful. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly enjoyable.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms offered a beautiful view of SF, but the bed was smaller than a standard queen size. The TV was a nice size, and the view was truly amazing. However, the presence of homeless people around the free clinic nearby was off-putting.
